Knives for life on the water — and the kitchen
Considered Craft
Each AKC knife begins with deliberate material selection, followed by careful grinding, heat treatment, and hand finishing. We work in small batches, allowing time for balance, edge geometry, and feel to be adjusted by hand rather than rushed by process. This approach gives space for small corrections and judgment at each stage, ensuring the knife performs as intended in daily use. The result is a tool shaped as much by attention to detail and restraint as by specification—designed to remain reliable, consistent, and worth keeping over time.
Refined kitchen knives, built with naval discipline.

Sharpening Concierge
Every Annapolis Knife Company knife is supported by lifetime sharpening for the original owner. As the blade wears through years of use, we’ll restore its edge so it continues to perform as intended. It’s a simple commitment, and one we consider part of making tools worth keeping.
